Have you seen this space? I didn't jot down the address...but I love the design "flourishes", like the spiral stairs at the back...I want to move in and turn it into an atelier!!
Yes, it's near Republique. You actually cut out its most famous residents - the Gibus nightclub and the Favela Chic Brazilian bar and restaurant. I have no idea what goes on in the areas you snapped though.
